  • Fri 3.18.11. Looked up on the way back from Karaoke night at Gallaghers and saw the funky light behind white dome. Knew a moon was coming up (did not realize it was the Perigee moon coming up until the following day), and waited in chilling weather for an hour or so as the moon slowly made its traverse across the hill. McMurdo Station, Ross Island, Antarctica.
